Deciphering the immunopathogenesis of severe cutaneous adverse reaction

Single cell sequencing with BD Rhapsody is performed to study reactive infectious mucocutaneous eruptions, DRESS syndrome and other severe cutaneous adverse reactions. Overall design: PBMC, whole blood and blister fluid are analyzed during active disease, during treatment and upon recovery. Samples are analyzed using scRNAseq and VDJ sequencing.
