Transcriptome of cultured CHO-S cells

We performed mRNA-seq. Our samples are CHO-S cells (suspension-adapted Chinese hamster ovary cells). We cultured CHO-S cells in 20 ml of CD-CHO (Gibco) containing 400 ????L of 200 mM Ala-Gln (4mM, Sigma) and 40 ????L Anti-Clumping (0.2%, Gibco) in 125 mL flask. We sequenced RNA extracted from CHO-S cells on day 3, 5, 6 and 7 that were stored in media or PBS at room temperature for different time periods (15 min, 30 min, 45 min and 60 min).
