RNA-Seq data for marine plankton of Resurrection Bay, Alaska (station Res2.5). Samples were collected from three depth strata (0-100m, 100-200m, 200-280m) in January and March 2023. The collections were size-fractionated and the smallest size fraction from 53-210 microns was retained.
