THE CHARTER OF DR. S.G. MANDELSHTAM’S PRIVATE GENERAL HOSPITAL

Under the History of Medical Science Project the charters of the Russian Empire private medical institutions of the early 20th century are made available for the public. The Charter of Dr. S.G. Mandelshtam’s private general hospital was approved by the Saratov Governor in 1909. It was based on the Medical Charter of 1857 (as revised in 1892 and 1905), and showed self-regulating norms applied in the Russian Empire to private medical practice.在医学史项目框架下，20世纪初俄罗斯帝国私立医疗机构的章程现已对公众开放。1909年，萨拉托夫总督批准了S.G.曼德尔施塔姆（S.G. Mandelshtam）医生私人综合医院的章程。该章程以1857年版《医疗章程》（1892年、1905年两次修订）为基础，体现了俄罗斯帝国适用于私立医疗执业活动的自治规范。
