The article consider cognitive aspects of Internet-communications and stated that in general cases the transfer of knowledge from the<br>author to the user accompanied by some loss of information, that is entropy. Determined approach to reducing information entropy – a<br>cognitive-oriented network resources that provide information about the authors of documentary information. The publication examines<br>the convergence of documentaries and cognitive oriented resource that is in the V. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine through the<br>organization of hypertext links between them.
