Data for Seminal fluid gene expression and reproductive fitness in Drosophila melanogaster

This is the raw data set for a manuscript under review entitled \"Seminal fluid gene expression and reproductive fitness in Drosophila melanogaster\". The work tests the effect of experimental manipulation of gene expression on sperm competition phenotypes for a handful of seminal fluid protein genes that had been previously suggested as likely candidates sperm competition genes.本数据集为一篇处于同行审稿阶段、题为《黑腹果蝇精液基因表达与生殖适合度》的手稿的原始数据集。该研究针对若干此前被认定为精子竞争基因潜在候选者的精液蛋白基因，通过对其基因表达进行实验操控，检验该操控对精子竞争表型的影响效应。
