A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the forest ecosystem at Huangjiang Station in 2019

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the forest ecosystem at the Huanjiang Observation and Research Station for Karst Ecosystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. We processed the raw observation data collected by the eddy covariance system based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. The dataset consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
