The Dynamic Measurement System Operation Dataset focuses on data generated during the operation of dynamic measurement systems in parts machining processes. It collects data such as vibration, noise, acoustic emission, and drive current during machine tool operation, and is used to establish machine tool operation state models for the diagnosis and prediction of parts machining errors. Specifically, vibration signals of machine tools are collected via vibration sensors, machine tool noise is collected via noise sensors, acoustic emission signals are collected via acoustic emission sensors, and drive shaft current data of machine tools is acquired based on the CNC system communication protocol. The total size of this dataset is 8.46 MB.
