数控装备精度退化实验数据集主要面向机床运行过程中的精度退化作用，测量同种型号不同使用年限的机床运行过程中的温度与热误差数据，分析不同使用年限的机床精度变化，建立考虑精度退化的机床热误差模型，以提高机床的加工稳定性，基于温度传感器采集机床温度数据，基于电涡流位移传感器采集机床的热误差数据，数据量72KB。Experimental Dataset for Precision Degradation of CNC Equipment: This dataset focuses on the precision degradation effects during machine tool operation. It collects temperature and thermal error data from machine tools of the same model but with different service years during their operation, analyzes the precision variations of machine tools across different service lives, and constructs a machine tool thermal error model that incorporates precision degradation to enhance the machining stability of the machine tools. Temperature data of the machine tools is collected via temperature sensors, while thermal error data is collected using eddy current displacement sensors. The total size of the dataset is 72 KB.
