Myelodysplastic Syndrome haematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cells manuplate bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells for their advantage

We cultured bone marrow haematopoietic stem and progenitor cells with bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells to understand the interaction between the two cell types. Overall design: Cell were co-cultured either in direct contact or in transwell for 5 days and then each cell type was isolated using FACS. RNA-Seq was performed on the respective cell types.
