Isotopic signature from species envolved in trophic relationships with the crab Libinia ferreirae and its symbionts, in Cananéia, São Paulo - Brazil.

Isotopic values of δ13C and δ15N for all organisms separated in guilds groups collected through trawl fishing at sea of Cananéia in the São Paulo State, Brazil (25º80′43′′S, 47º85′34′′W), during the winter/2018 and summer/2019, that was envolved in trophic relationships with the crab Libinia ferreirae as a jellyfish simbiont and as a epibiont host. This data was used to test the type of relationship the carb L. ferreirae have with the host jellyfish and with the differentes epibionts that this crab have on the carapace during the adult phase.本数据集涵盖2018年冬季与2019年夏季期间，在巴西圣保罗州卡内阿纳海域（25°80′43″S，47°85′34″W）通过拖网捕捞获取的、按生态功能群（guild）分类的所有生物的碳稳定同位素比值δ¹³C与氮稳定同位素比值δ¹⁵N数据。这些生物均与利比尼亚蟹（Libinia ferreirae）存在营养关联，该蟹既是水母的共生体，同时也是附生生物的宿主。本数据集被用于验证成年阶段的利比尼亚蟹与其宿主水母，以及该蟹头胸甲上附着的各类附生生物之间的关联类型。
