Supplementary materials for "Exploring the lipoproteome of <i>Parageobacillus</i> <i>thermoglucosidasius</i>" zip file

This research used bioinformatic methods to identify bacterial lipoproteins encoded in the genome of the Parageobacillus thermoglucosidasius type strain, and to predict functions for the lipoproteome. Proteomics was also used to detect the expression of lipoproteins during growth on standard laboratory media.
