Assessing microstructural substrates of white matter abnormalities: a comparative study using DTI and NODDI

This dataset includes the mean output scalar files (mean_FA/RD/AD/TR/NDI/ODI/fiso), plus the relevant statistical maps, all in nii format. This allows one to inspect and visualize the statistics on which the results are based on. It also included a READ ME text file for more information the data.
