全息路网智能事件感知决策模型利用高清视频监控(1080P/60fps)及GPS时空标签,采用多模态时空特征融合分析技术,能够识别包括违停、逆行、拥堵在内的9种交通异常情况。该系统通过动态规则引擎生成事件处置预案,并能将这些预案同步至交通信号控制系统和应急指挥平台。此外,系统同步构建事件数字孪生档案,基于海量历史数据,使用时空聚类算法预测风险并提供优化建议。
Holographic Road Network Intelligent Event Perception and Decision-Making Model utilizes high-definition video surveillance (1080P/60fps) and GPS spatio-temporal tags, adopting multi-modal spatio-temporal feature fusion analysis technology. It can identify 9 types of traffic anomalies including illegal parking, wrong-way driving, traffic congestion and other scenarios. This system generates event disposal plans via a dynamic rule engine, and can synchronize these plans to traffic signal control systems and emergency command platforms. Additionally, the system synchronously constructs digital twin archives for events. Based on massive historical data, it uses spatio-temporal clustering algorithms to predict risks and provide optimization suggestions.
