Metabarcoding of Oak Processionary Moth (Thaumetopoea processionea) parasitoid communities.. Thaumetopoea processionea

We are using a nested tagging approach in conjunction with Illumina MiSeq sequencing to screen populations of the invasive moth species T. processionea in the UK for their parasitoid communities. This is part of an ongoing control program with the ultimate aim of establishing an integrated pest management program for T. processionea in the UK.
