帮助生产企业有效的获得微生物的特性和风险信息,从而实现从表型上对不同微生物进行初步区分,满足低等级洁净区域低风险区域的一些初步鉴别需要;识别环境、原辅料、产品、公用设施中的代表性物种,帮助筛选用于工艺或者消毒剂挑战的代表性菌株;识别微生物污染的可能来源;增加趋势分析的维度,识别与控制相关的高级环境微生物的分布特征,以便更有针对性的采取控制措施;评估微生物在产品中存活和繁殖潜力;评估检出微生物是否可能对药品的应用者具有潜在的健康风险。本数据库是根据《伯杰氏系统细菌学手册》以及国际系统与进化微生物学等权威论著的物种描述为基础,利用文本挖掘获取关键表型特征字段和值,并结合集各国监管部门公开发布的风险信息构建而来,是包含物种的形态、生理生化特性、代谢、分离来源和致病性信息,同时关联制药、食品、化妆品等真实世界召回等风险的数据库。
This database assists manufacturing enterprises in effectively acquiring microbial characteristics and risk information to achieve preliminary phenotypic differentiation of different microorganisms, meeting the preliminary identification requirements for low-grade cleanrooms and low-risk zones. It can identify representative microbial species in environments, raw and auxiliary materials, final products and utility systems, and help screen representative strains for process validation or disinfectant challenge tests; identify potential sources of microbial contamination; add dimensions for trend analysis, and characterize the distribution patterns of high-priority environmental microorganisms associated with contamination control to enable more targeted mitigation measures; evaluate the survival and proliferative capacity of microorganisms in products; and assess whether detected microorganisms may pose potential health risks to end-users of pharmaceutical products.
This database is developed based on species descriptions from authoritative works including Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology and the International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology. Key phenotypic feature fields and corresponding values are extracted via text mining, and integrated with publicly released risk information from regulatory authorities across various countries. The database contains information on the morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics, metabolic profiles, isolation sources and pathogenicity of microbial species, while also linking risk data such as real-world product recalls in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and other related industries.
