Proteomic analysis of leucine effect on OMM protein turnover in HEK293 cells

This project is to investigate whether and how leucine affects endogenous OMM protein stability in HEK293 cells. Whole cell and crude mitochondria samples (with/without leucine and/or CHX treatment) were measured in this project.
