1. Data Collection: Capture images of components via a high-magnification microscope, and compare them with standard component images to obtain connector defect images. 2. Data Processing: Connector defects include pin deformation, missing pins, plating damage, etc. Classify and store the images and corresponding defects, determine the location, type and severity of each defect, and mark the specific defect details on the images. 3. Data Application: This dataset can be applied to machine learning for micro-miniature connector defects, enabling automatic recognition and grading of defects such as pin deformation, missing pins and plating damage, thus meeting the demands of high-precision and high-speed quality screening.
