浙大二院2019年-2026年心力衰竭数据库和标本库数据集

本数据集为多中心连续入组的注册登记队列研究数据集和多模态数据库及标本库，数据条目涵盖多维度核心信息，具体包括：年龄、性别、血常规、肝肾功能、BNP等参数；影像学与功能评估数据：静息 ECG、胸部 X 线、超声心动图参数（射血分数、左室舒张末期内径）、心脏磁共振参数（延迟后强化百分比、T1 值）、6 分钟步行试验结果；心力衰竭生活质量量表评分、长期随访记录的心血管终点事件（全因死亡、心力衰竭再住院等）共计105个参数。基于该数据集，可通过多模态数据与人工智能技术研发心脏超声智能分析系统，构建精准诊断与预后预测模型，为临床诊疗方案优化提供依据；应用磁共振新技术挖掘心脏病理影像化及血流动力学新指标；为心力衰竭相关临床研究、循证医学证据生成提供大样本多中心真实世界数据支撑，助力学科发展。实现心力衰竭患者预后风险分层，指导个体化随访与干预策略制定。

This dataset is a multi-center, consecutively enrolled registry cohort study dataset, as well as a multimodal database and biobank. It includes a total of 105 parameters covering multi-dimensional core information, specifically: age, gender, routine blood test results, liver and kidney function indicators, B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and other parameters; imaging and functional assessment data including resting electrocardiogram (ECG), chest X-ray, echocardiographic parameters (ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter), cardiac magnetic resonance imaging parameters (post-contrast enhancement percentage, T1 value), and 6-minute walk test results; as well as heart failure quality of life scale scores and cardiovascular endpoint events recorded during long-term follow-up (such as all-cause mortality, heart failure rehospitalization).

Based on this dataset, researchers can develop intelligent cardiac ultrasound analysis systems using multimodal data and artificial intelligence technologies, construct precise diagnostic and prognostic prediction models to provide evidence for optimizing clinical diagnosis and treatment plans; apply new magnetic resonance imaging technologies to explore novel markers of cardiac pathological imaging and hemodynamics; provide large-sample, multi-center real-world data support for heart failure-related clinical research and the generation of evidence-based medicine evidence, thus promoting the development of the field. Additionally, it enables prognostic risk stratification for heart failure patients, guiding the formulation of individualized follow-up and intervention strategies.
