This script compiles the <code>portgen</code> tool from the 8th DIMACS TSP Challenge and uses it to generate base instances of a given size. It then creates Recurrent-TSP instances by adding specific sections, with the visit frequency controlled by the <code>MAX_VISITS</code> parameter.<br><br>parameter_values is for calculate the values of <code>EOT</code> (Estimated Optimum Tour), <code>LOADING </code>(L) and T<sub>max</sub>.<br><br>The studied instances are already given.
