It was generated from tests conducted in Workshop 105 of the No. 44 Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, using the UV-UIS-IR CCD parameter testing optical system, custom illuminometer, PM20A optical power meter, GPS-3303C DC power supply, UNI-T-UT58E multimeter, and Infiniium-DSO9064A oscilloscope. The dataset mainly records the single-exposure dynamic range test results of the devices, with a total data size of 71.37 kB.
