The NORD Rare Disease Database is a comprehensive and inclusive catalog of rare diseases constructed based on established rare disease ontology information. This database hosts NORD rare disease reports that provide detailed information on symptoms, etiology, diagnosis, treatment, clinical trials, and supportive resources, with citations sourced from textbooks, academic articles, websites, and government agencies. It is a collaborative project developed in close partnership with MONDO, Orphanet, and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM).
