To study the epigenome profile of melanoma cells upon mcFAs administration, we stimulated A375 cells using octanoate for 48-hrs followed by ATAC-seq analysis with 2 biological replicates. Differential gene expression profiling to identify upregulated targets and gene signatures through GSEA analysis.
