This dataset contains the research instruments developed for a multi-district study in Gorontalo, Indonesia. It consists of: (1) Appendix A: A structured quantitative questionnaire based on the "7 Tepat" (7T) framework as mandated by Presidential Regulation No. 6/2025, integrating socio-theological stewardship and intergenerational digital support. (2) Appendix B: Qualitative in-depth interview guidelines for regional policy actors (Agriculture Office heads and e-RDKK administrators). This dataset serves as the empirical foundation for the prospective structural analysis (MICMAC) of agricultural governance in the Gorontalo corn belt.
