We analyzed the bacterial communities in different intestinal sections in a knockout model of the Proteinkinase 2 (PrKD2) using 16S rDNA Sequencing. To asses differences in between tghis model and wildtype controls mice have been fed a high fat diet for 2 weeks and subsequently scrapings of intestinal sections have been taken and analyzed via amplification of the V3-V4 variable region of the rDNA
