Country-level panel (N = 24 EU Member States) on enterprise digitalization and AI use, constructed from official Eurostat datasets. The panel combines enterprise cloud-computing use (2020), ERP use (2019), ICT-specialist employment (2020), GDP per capita in PPS (2020), and enterprise AI use (any AI technology and text-mining AI; 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025). All values are taken unchanged from official Eurostat datasets (isoc_cicce_use, isoc_eb_iip, isoc_eb_ai, isoc_ske_itspe, tec00114; SDMX-CSV extracts of 30 October 2026); lngdp20 is the natural logarithm of gdp20. Enterprises with 10 or more persons employed, NACE aggregate C10-S951_X_K, values in % of enterprises. France, Sweden and the Netherlands are excluded because of Eurostat break flags on the AI outcome series. Variable definitions, source codes and sample rules are documented in README.txt.
