PG1448+273 is a luminous NLS1 thought to be accreting at the Eddington limit.An XMM observation in 2017 discovered an ultra fast outflow (v=0.1c) in PG1448via a deep Fe absorption trough at 7.5 keV. A 2022 NuSTAR observation thenrevealed a drastic increase in wind velocity to 0.3c coincident with apronounced drop in flux. Here we wish to further understand the extremevariability of the disk wind through 3x80ks and 3x50ks simultaneous XMM andNuSTAR observations to determine the wind changes in velocity and outflow ratevs flux. A 40x1ks Swift daily monitoring campaign is proposed to monitor the UVto X-ray SED over the XMM window to help determine how the wind reacts to thecontinuum.
