Purchase of the main activity, SEK per pupil, in upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school for schools that are part of municipal associations. The purchase of the main business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. The municipalities that are part of the Association of Local and Regional Authorities all receive the same value because the calculation is based on all pupils attending upper secondary and adapted upper secondary schools in the Association of Local Authorities. With new provisions in the Schools Act, upper secondary school is now called adapted upper secondary school.
