To assess the molecular changes associated with aging in different tissues of mice using cDNA microarrays to examine the transcriptomes of young, middle aged and old mice. Mice of both genders were examined in relation to the effects of age in multiple tissues. Keywords: age- and gender comparison. Up to 40 mice were compared according to age and gender.本数据集旨在通过cDNA微阵列（cDNA microarray）技术检测年轻、中年及老年小鼠的转录组（transcriptome），以解析小鼠不同组织中与衰老相关的分子变化。本研究针对多个组织的衰老效应，对雌雄两性小鼠均进行了检测分析。关键词：年龄与性别比较。本次研究共纳入至多40只小鼠，按年龄与性别分组开展比对分析。
