Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Regulatory zoning of the Flood Risk Prevention Plan (PPRI) in the municipalities of Ollioules, Sanary sur Mer and Six Fours les Plages (Var)

The Risk Prevention Plans (P.P.R) codified in Articles L562-1 to L562-7 and R562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code, relating to the prevention of foreseeable natural hazards, the implementation of which is governed by Decree No 95-1089 of 5 October 1995, constitute one of the tools for the implementation of the State policy on flood prevention, which was redefined in the Interministerial Committee of 24 January 1994.
This legislative and regulatory framework was supplemented by the Act of 30 July 2003.
The Plan for the Prevention of Natural Flood Risks in the municipalities of Ollioules, Sanary sur Mer and Six Fours les Plages, linked to the presence of the river of the Reppe, was approved by prefectural decree of 25 March 2010.
A regulation shall apply referring to prohibition and/or prescription measures according to the risk classification.

The hazard mapping (allowing the development of regulatory zoning) was defined on the basis of mathematical modelling of flow in centennial flood on a photogrammetric background at the scale of 1/5000e.
The hazard thus realised, a mapping of the risk flowed from it after crossing with the vulnerability of people and property. The postponement was based on IGN2004©EDR 25.
