Crossings between populations of Biomphalaria glabrata

Pairing and mass crossbreeding were performed between pigmented low susceptibility and albino susceptible snails. Adult F1 and F2 snails were individually challenged with SmLE miracidia. Snail-parasite compatibility was assessed using several parameters, and reproductive biology was evaluated in both unchallenged and infected snails. The files present part of the raw data obtained from these crossings.以色素沉着型低易感性蜗牛与白化易感型蜗牛为亲本开展配对与大规模杂交实验。将成年子一代（F1）与子二代（F2）蜗牛分别以SmLE毛蚴进行感染攻毒。通过多项参数评估蜗牛与寄生虫的相容性，并对未感染及感染个体的生殖生物学特性进行检测。本数据集包含上述杂交实验获取的部分原始数据。
