Gene expression changes of cisplatin-induced in renal cortex of rats

This study is to develop a short term and highly accurate prediction method of renal carcinogenicity based on gene expression profile of rats administrated by carcinogens. We conducted 28 days-repeated dose experiments in male SD rats with cisplatin, and the gene expression profiles of renal cortex were analyzed using custom microarrays.本研究旨在开发一种基于致癌物染毒大鼠基因表达谱的短期、高精度肾脏致癌性预测方法。本研究采用顺铂对雄性SD大鼠开展28天重复染毒实验，并通过定制基因芯片分析其肾皮质的基因表达谱。
