Improvement of four-beam coherent beam combining system for high-power lasers

Figure 1 is the optical structure； Figure 2 shows the dispersion simulation curves of two and four-beam CBC system. Figure 3 shows the far-field focal spot distribution before and after four-beam dispersion optimization. Figure 4 shows far-field focal spot distribution and focal spot energy concentration distribution with different F-numbers. Figure 5 shows the simulation of far-field focal spot energy concentration in different spatial distribution systems. Figure 6 shows the phase jitter trend and phase locking results.
