1. Data Source: IR transmittance tests were conducted using a transmittance/haze tester in a darkroom environment. 2. Data Recording: For each sample, the transmittance values at 550nm, 650nm, 850nm and 940nm are measured and recorded. 3. Data Processing: Structured IR transmittance test datasets are established through data statistics and data qualification analysis, with collected information including sample quantity, test location, test wavelength, reference standard, test results (e.g., 550nm transmittance of the flash hole) and judgment results. 4. Data Application: This dataset is applicable to scenarios such as glass cover plate product quality control and supplier evaluation. By comparing the real-time IR transmittance of glass cover plates on the production line, it helps production departments timely detect process deviations, adjust production processes, ensure the stability and consistency of product quality, and reduce the defective product rate. Meanwhile, it assists in evaluating the quality stability and technical level of product suppliers, adjusting procurement strategies, ensuring the quality of supply chain products, and reducing supply risks.
