Aerosol generation

This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where Apoe-/- mice were exposed to cigarette smoke for 2 months either in a nose-only exposure chamber (NOEC) or in a whole-body exposure chamber (WBEC). Along the study, the aerosol was assessed in order to ensure robust delivery of the smoke or aerosols to the animal chambers. This monitoring included chamber aerosol delivery parameters, chemical characterization, and particle size distribution. This dataset includes single measurements.
