To gain deeper insights into the impact of OMST-mediated activatable photo-immunometabolic therapy on TME, the transcriptomic profiling of tumor tissues at 14 days post-injection was profiled. OMST-injected and photoirradiated treatment induced a substantial reprogramming of the transcriptional landscape in TME relative to the saline group or unirradiated groups.
