RNA-seq analysis of differentially expressed genes in response to Neocarzinostatin and Hydrogen Peroxide

In this study we identified differentially expressed genes in hTERT-HPNE cells in response to two distinct cellular stressors over time. 1) Neocarzinostatin induced DNA double strand breaks and 2) Oxidative stress induced through hydrogen peroxide treatment. Using these data sets we identified specific genes involved in differential cell fate determination in response to these stresses. Overall design: 400 ng/ml NCS treatment and 300 uM hydrogen peroxide treatment for 0, 4, 8, and 24 hours
