Interim Environment Regulation, Naturally Valuable Area
收藏资源简介:
The stock contains 43 geographically valuable areas. These areas are of provincial or national significance. Geologic values of regional or local significance are not included in the provincial map. The protection of geological values is important because they are irreplaceable. The values and characteristics of these areas are further elaborated in the Earthly Valuable Area Map. Municipalities must protect the values present in zoning plans by including rules that prevent damage, including by prohibiting the carrying out of soil-distorting activities or by linking it to a licensing system. In addition, there is a link with these areas in the rules for e.g. discovery. Other geometry values outside of these geographically valuable areas are addressed through the layers approach set out in the Environmental Regulation.
