Mühleberg-Switzerland NPP
收藏资源简介:
Mühleberg NPP - Switzerland, technical opinion on the procedural documents for decommissioning. The Mühleberg Nuclear Power Plant (KKM) is a boiling water reactor with a current gross electrical capacity of 390 MW, which has been repeatedly renewed by extensive retrofitting. The operator of the plant, BKW Energie AG (BKW), already made the basic decision in October 2013 to end power operation in December 2019 and then to permanently decommission the KKM. Subsequently, the KKM is to be dismantled. The decommissioning project required for this purpose and an application for an order for decommissioning pursuant to Article 28 of the Nuclear Energy Act (KEG) were submitted by BKW to the responsible Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) in Berne in December 2015. The Swiss Federal Nuclear Safety Inspectorate (ENSI) examines the safety aspects of the documents and draws up an opinion on them. This is expected to be available in the second half of 2017.
