项目研究与实施过程中形成的电子皮肤单元静态性能测试数据，包括电子皮肤单元在接近过程中关于距离的标定、接触过程中关于压力的标定、接触过程中电容响应、接触过程中电阻响应、接触过程中电容随压力的稳定性曲线、接触过程中电阻随压力的稳定性曲线，同时也是任务书中关于电子皮肤一体化制造研究的相关支撑数据。该数据来自于2019-2022年间课题单位的试验现场，采集设备为LCR数字电桥。Static performance test data of electronic skin units generated during the research and implementation of the project. This dataset includes distance calibration for electronic skin units during the approaching process, pressure calibration during the contact process, capacitance response during the contact process, resistance response during the contact process, stability curves of capacitance varying with pressure during the contact process, and stability curves of resistance varying with pressure during the contact process. It also serves as supporting data for the integrated manufacturing research of electronic skin as specified in the project task document. The data was collected between 2019 and 2022 at the test sites of the research institution responsible for the project, using an LCR digital bridge as the data acquisition apparatus.
