资源简介:

Large table in excel indicating proportions of gram-negative, gram-positive and unknown bacterial reads from a set of 438 Xenopus tadpole tails, of 503 that had enough reads to pass the filters. Each tadpole is also recorded for regeneration status at 1 week (full regeneration FR, partial good PG partial bad PB and no regeneration NR). Table provides raw data as well as statistical analysis for Figure 7 in the paper. Two figures, concerned with how 16S rRNA gene sequences were filtered and processed. #1 A. Rarefaction curve for 16S rRNA sequenced tadpole tail samples. B. Read count histogram. #2 Silhouette analysis of 16S rRNA microbiome community data from tadpole tails. Hopkins statistic 0.91.
