Identification of Key Genes Associated with Macrophage Autophagy in ApoE-/- Mice Atherosclerosis by Aortic Gene Expression Profile

This study aimed to investigate genes associated with the development of atherosclerosis in the aorta of ApoE-/- mice Eight-week-old ApoE-/- mice were fed either a normal purified laboratory or Western Diet for 6 or 22 weeks. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the transcriptome of four groups of aorta under each experimental condition.
