The municipality has compiled the results of aid-decided interventions to individuals at group level and used the results of the compilation to develop the activities of clients in substance abuse care living with children. Follow-up means that administrators, together with the individual, have followed up if the action has led to set objectives that the individual has been involved in designing. The follow-up must be documented. The results of aid-decided operations refer to the achievement of the objective of the action for the individual according to his or her individual needs. The operation can be carried out on its own or otherwise. Group level refers to aggregated data from the Documentation in individual cases. A summary of the results may have been made during the measurement period for one or more operations. ‘Development’ means that concrete changes have been introduced with the aim of leading to improvements in the operations of the user (e.g. changed routines, extended opening hours, offering training in standardised methods, meeting the need for new interventions, etc.).
