Research on the Citation Characteristics of Academic papers in the South China Sea Based on Intention and Emotion

The SVM machine learning model code based on feature engineering for automatic citation classification in this paper. In the aspect of feature extraction, based on the features proposed by Ou Shiyan and others, this paper constructs features for the classification of citation intention and citation emotion of academic papers in the South China Sea.
