Purchases of real activities by municipalities total, from public service providers, as a share of the cost of own commitments for real activities (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions. Municipal business activities and joint operations (including premises) have been excluded from the concept of actual activities.
