收藏资源简介:
To identify bacterial strains and bacterial virulence factors contributing to alcoholic liver disease, we compare Enterococcus faecalis genomes sampled between patients with and without alcoholic liver disease. E. faecalis have been isolated and cultured from human fecal samples of paricipants (non-alcoholic control), alcoholics with no or mild liver disease and patients with alcoholic hepatitis. We carry out whole-genome sequencing of E. faecalis isolates on HiSeq X10 150bp PE, and then pefrorm genomic analysis of diversity, population structure, virulence in E. faecalis, in the context of its global collection.
