RNA Sequencing Analysis of Key Regulators in Osteoclast Differentiation and RA-Associated Bone Destruction

The purpose is to systematically identify the genes related to osteoclast differentiation and bone destruction mediated by rheumatoid arthritis (RA). A whole transcriptome analysis was performed on bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs) and osteoclasts. To further clarify the specific transcriptional changes in RA, a comparative analysis was performed between the synovial tissues of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) rats and normal rats.
