our study demonstrated that Crocin effectively alleviated oxidative stress in IPEC-J2 cells through the Nrf2 pathway and reduced apoptosis in IPEC-J2 cells by modulating both endogenous and exogenous apoptotic pathways. Meanwhile, Crocin can effectively alleviate intestinal injury caused by oxidative stress. Transcriptome studies showed that Corcin may alleviate IPECJ-2 damage by regulating cell growth and mitochondrial pathways
