Effects of Cinnamomum ramulus (CR) on expression profiles effects of cancer cell lines

Cinnamomi ramulus (CR) is one of the most widely used traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with anti-cancer effects. Analyzing transcriptomic responses of different human cell lines to TCM treatment is a promising approach to understand the unbiased mechanism of TCM. This study treated ten cancer cell lines with different CR concentrations, followed by mRNA sequencing. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 10 different cells lines treated with three CR concentrations (L-low dosage, M-medium dosage, H-high dosage).
