基于规范的食品抽(取)样和实验室检测,依据标准方法处理原始检测数据,获得所检农产品样本中农药百菌清含量数据,通过比对食品安全国家标准,对样品进行合格性评价,判定农产品中农药百菌清残留量否达标。该数据可为农业种植掌握农产品质量状况、规范农药使用行为提供科学依据,并为各类监管部门开展食品安全监管提供执法证据。1.样品检测:依据相关工作规范组织抽(取)样及待测样制备,精确称取均质待测样25.00g,按照《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》(NY/T 761-2008)所示标准方法进行前处理及上机检测,读取样品浓度C(μg/L)数据。2.数据处理:根据计算式计算样品中百菌清含量检测结果X(mg/kg)=(C×V×5×n)/m,其中,C(μg/L)为样品浓度,V(mL)为定容体积,n为稀释倍数,m(g)为取样量。3.合格率计算:依据《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763-2021)对样品农药残留情况进行合格性评价,并计算合格率(%) = (合格样品数量 / 检测样品数量) ×100%。4.数据应用:农业种植户可根据果蔬中百菌清残留量检测数据,对照食品安全国家标准,准确了解农产品安全状况,进一步规范农药使用行为;各类食品安全监管部门根据检测数据及合格率统计数据精准开展食品安全监管和风险交流。
This dataset is developed based on standardized food sampling and laboratory testing, with raw test data processed via standard methods to obtain chlorothalonil content data in tested agricultural product samples. It conducts compliance evaluation on the samples by comparing with national food safety standards, and determines whether the chlorothalonil residue in agricultural products meets regulatory requirements. This dataset can provide scientific basis for agricultural planting practitioners to grasp the quality status of agricultural products and standardize pesticide use behaviors, as well as offer law enforcement evidence for various regulatory authorities to carry out food safety supervision.
1. Sample Testing: Sampling and preparation of test samples are organized in accordance with relevant working specifications. Accurately weigh 25.00 g of homogenized test sample, and perform pretreatment and instrumental analysis according to the standard method specified in *Determination of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticide Multiresidues in Vegetables and Fruits* (NY/T 761-2008). Read the sample concentration C (μg/L).
2. Data Processing: Calculate the chlorothalonil content test result X (mg/kg) of the sample using the formula: X = (C × V × 5 × n) / m, where C (μg/L) is the sample concentration, V (mL) is the constant volume, n is the dilution factor, and m (g) is the sample weight.
3. Qualification Rate Calculation: Conduct compliance assessment of pesticide residues in the samples in accordance with *National Food Safety Standard - Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods* (GB 2763-2021), and calculate the qualification rate (%) as: Qualification Rate (%) = (Number of Qualified Samples / Total Number of Tested Samples) × 100%.
4. Data Application: Agricultural growers can refer to the national food safety standards based on the chlorothalonil residue test data of fruits and vegetables to accurately understand the safety status of agricultural products and further standardize pesticide use behaviors; various food safety regulatory authorities can carry out targeted food safety supervision and risk communication based on the test data and qualification rate statistics.
